This page gives results from Neil Banas' doctoral work in Barbara Hickey's group at UW Oceanography. From 1995 to 2005, the Hickey group took part in a Washington SeaGrant and PNCERS-supported project that aimed to establish the links between coastal ocean dynamics, estuarine circulation, primary production, and oyster production in Willapa Bay and the other small, outer-coast estuaries of Washington and Oregon.
